Blueprints · Plan

Map it before
you build it.

Workflows, SOPs, org structure, and the plan behind the system — so what you buy is what you actually need. Strategy. Planning. System design.

Who it's for

Is this you?

Find the sentence that sounds like you — that’s where this lane starts.

“I’ve got the picture — now I need the plan.”

You know what’s broken. You want a phased roadmap that says what to do first, second, and third.

“My tools don’t talk to each other.”

You’re patching apps together and want an architecture where everything actually connects.

“I don’t want to build the wrong thing first.”

Before you spend on a system or a rebrand, you want one plan that makes every dollar count.

What this lane is

The blueprint you’ll build from.

A Blueprint is the plan and the architecture — the spec that turns “we should probably fix this” into a phased, prioritized roadmap. It’s the cheapest, highest-leverage step you can take before spending on execution. And 100% of the fee credits toward your Build.

A real plan — architecture, sequencing, and budget you can act on.
Prevents expensive rework — decide it on paper, not in code.
Fully credited toward your Build when you move forward.

Common questions

Good to know.

Why not just start building?

Because building the wrong thing first is the most expensive mistake there is. A Blueprint is a fraction of a build’s cost — and it credits back in full when you move forward, so it’s effectively free if you build with us.

Do I have to build with Brixx after?

No. The Blueprint is yours to keep and take to any developer. Most clients build with us because one team from plan to launch removes the translation loss — but there’s no lock-in.

How long does it take?

Most land inside 1–3 weeks depending on scope. We work async — a couple of focused conversations, then we map it and hand you the roadmap.

How is this different from the free diagnostic?

The free diagnostic tells you where to start. A Blueprint is the full plan and architecture for how to get there — the document you actually build from.
