Your dispatch board runs your business. Every missed call, double-booked truck and lost refrigerant record costs money you already earned. We build one HVAC system for the CRM, dispatch, technician app, maintenance agreements and compliance records, shaped to the way your office and crews already work.
Built to your workflow · you own it · starts as a 30-day pilot · the pilot fee credits toward the build
Most HVAC shops run on a stitched set of tools: one app for scheduling, a spreadsheet for inventory, another system for invoices. The office types the same job three times, seasonal tune-ups slip through the cracks, and refrigerant weights sit on paper tickets.
Compliance raised the stakes. Since 1 January 2026, the EPA refrigerant management rule under the AIM Act applies leak repair duties to appliances holding 15 pounds or more of HFC refrigerant with a global warming potential above 53, down from the old 50 pound line, and the records must be kept for three years. Paper does not hold up well in that audit.

The problems we hear most from HVAC owners, and what the system does about each:
→ A dispatch board that ranks open calls by priority, technician skill, parts on the truck and drive time, with the dispatcher approving each move.
→ Maintenance agreements with recurring billing and automatic reminders when each customer is due.
→ Refrigerant type and weight added or recovered captured before the ticket closes, kept for three years.
→ Approved invoices, payments and job costs sync to QuickBooks or your ledger.
→ One customer record with equipment, warranty status, service history and access notes, even offline.
→ Good, better, best proposals on a tablet, signed in the living room.
ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro are strong products. Here is an honest way to decide which side of the line your shop is on.
A subscription platform is usually the faster start when your calls, agreements and pricing look like everyone else’s.
Custom wins when your dispatch rules, commercial contracts or record-keeping are what set you apart, or when your stack has grown into tools that do not talk.
We start with a Blueprint: your call types, dispatch rules, agreements and record-keeping mapped into the system before anything is built. It is priced from $1,500 and the fee credits toward the build.
Then a 30-day pilot puts the most critical workflow, usually dispatch and the technician app, in front of your team. One core system is a Foundation Build from $2,500; the connected system with agreements, quoting, refrigerant logs and accounting sync is a Core Build from $5,000.

Those platforms are strong products and fit many shops. Custom makes sense when your dispatch rules, agreements or commercial work do not fit their templates, when per-technician fees climb every season, or when you want refrigerant records and accounting in one system you own.
The system captures what the rule asks technicians to record on each service call, such as refrigerant type, amount added or recovered and repair dates, and keeps it for the three years the rule requires. The rule itself is set by the EPA; your team still owns its compliance program.
Yes. The technician app works offline: job details, photos and signatures save on the device and sync when a signal returns.
Yes. Approved invoices, payments and job costs sync to QuickBooks or your accounting platform, with your chart of accounts mapped during the Blueprint.
It is quoted to spec. A Blueprint is from $1,500 and credits toward the build, a Foundation Build is from $2,500 and a Core Build is from $5,000. An optional Care Plan is from $150 a month.
