A plumbing shop, a general contractor and a multi-location clinic all need software that holds up under pressure, but what sits underneath is not the same. We build the CRM, dispatch, portals and compliance records each trade actually runs on, and you own the result.
Built to your workflow · you own it · starts as a 30-day pilot · the pilot fee credits toward the build
Field crews need mobile dispatch, live job costing and records captured on the truck, in an app that works for a technician wearing gloves in a dark mechanical room with no signal. Clinics run on a different rulebook: HIPAA governs how patient data moves, which points to role-based access, encrypted records and audit logs.
Off-the-shelf platforms force both onto a template, and the same failures show up whatever the trade: the job entered twice, a work order that never synced, compliance records scattered across a notebook, an inbox and a filing cabinet, and per-seat fees that climb with every hire. We map those handoffs first, then build the system around them.

What we build, trade by trade:
→ Dispatch by priority and drive time, maintenance agreements, and refrigerant logs captured on site for the EPA 15 lb rule.
Construction→ Bid pipeline, subcontractor COI and license tracking, lien waivers, job costing and the OSHA 300 log.
Plumbing→ Flat-rate quoting at the sink, dispatch, payment in the field and reminder texts with consent records.
Electrical→ Estimating, permit and inspection tracking, safety checklists and crew license tracking.
Clinics→ Multi-location booking, digital intake, patient portals and reminders on HIPAA-ready hosting.
Compliance & records→ The records layer every trade needs: consent ledger, refrigerant log, COI tracking and OSHA logs.
Whatever the trade, these are the problems we hear most:
→ The field app and the office system share one record, so nothing is retyped into accounting.
→ Offline mode saves the job on the device and syncs the moment a signal returns.
→ Refrigerant weights, insurance certificates and consent records are captured as the work happens.
→ No per-seat licenses. You own the system and the data, and both go with you.
Every engagement opens with a Blueprint: your workflow, handoffs and record-keeping mapped into a spec before anything is built. It is priced from $1,500 and the fee credits toward the build.
Most systems then start as a 30-day pilot, a working version live with your own team in 30 days and usually faster. One core system is a Foundation Build from $2,500; a connected system is a Core Build from $5,000, quoted from the Blueprint.

Often both. The Blueprint maps your dispatch, CRM or intake requirements and decides where a custom system earns its keep and where an existing tool is fine. A common outcome is that your accounting software stays and we build the field or patient system around it.
We build the records each rule names into the workflow: refrigerant logs for the EPA rule, OSHA 300 log entries with five-year retention, subcontractor COI and license tracking, TCPA consent records, and HIPAA-ready hosting with vendors that sign a BAA for clinics. Your team still owns its compliance program; the system makes the records exist as the work happens.
It is quoted to spec. A Blueprint is from $1,500 and credits toward the build, a Foundation Build is from $2,500, and a Core Build is from $5,000. A KPI Snapshot is $597 if you want the reporting layer first, and an optional Care Plan is from $150 a month.
You do. There are no per-seat licenses, and if you take the system in-house later, the code and the data go with you.

Tell us how your team works today. We will map the gaps, stand up a working system as a 30-day pilot, and credit the pilot fee toward the build if you go on.
