The ladder · from $1,500 · credits toward your build

Blueprint — know what to build, before you build it.

You can feel what's costing you — leads slipping, work buried in spreadsheets, five tools that don't talk. The Blueprint turns that exact bottleneck into a build plan: what to build, in what order, and what it costs — before you spend a dollar on the build.

The challenge

You don't need "a plan." You need to know exactly what to build.

Most builds go wrong before they start — because nobody pinned down the real problem. You feel the symptom (things are slow, manual, scattered across tools), but "just build me a system" is how projects bloat, slip and miss the point. The Blueprint fixes that at the root: we start from the bottleneck that's actually costing you, then architect the exact system that removes it — the tools, the data, the flows, and the order to build them — into a plan precise enough to hand any developer, with a price you can decide on.

It's the anchor of the whole ladder: it names the problem, sizes the fix, and its fee credits toward the build — so you never gamble on a system before you know exactly what it is and what it does for you.

What it solves

Built around your actual bottleneck.

A Blueprint isn't a generic plan — it starts from the thing that's costing you and maps the exact fix. A few we see a lot:

“Leads slip through the cracks”

→ One pipeline + intake system, mapped end to end, so nothing gets dropped.

“Everything lives in spreadsheets”

→ The data model and single source of truth that replaces the tab-sprawl.

“Five tools that don't talk”

→ The integration map that connects them — or the one system that replaces them.

“We can't see what's working”

→ The KPIs and dashboard that make performance visible at a glance.

“Quoting & follow-up eats our week”

→ The automations that take the busywork off your team's plate.

“A rebuild we're scared to start”

→ A phased roadmap that de-risks it — highest-value piece first.

What you get

The deliverables.

  • A system architecture map — how your tools, data and flows connect (or should)
  • Your specific bottlenecks named — and the exact fix for each
  • A phased build roadmap — Phase 1 solves the costly thing first, not a wish-list
  • A data model & integration list — what connects to what
  • Clear scope + a fixed build estimate — not a vague dev quote
  • Written so any developer could build it — and its fee credits toward your build
Who it's for

Made for.

  • Owners planning a real system or rebuild
  • Anyone burned by a vague dev quote
  • Businesses ready to invest but wanting clarity first
  • Teams that need a plan before they spend
How it works · 2–3 weeks

The process.

Week 1

Send your brief

You fill in a short brief on how your business runs — plus an optional working session if you'd like one.

Week 1–2

We architect

We map the system, the phases, and the priorities into a real plan.

Week 2–3

Blueprint handover

You get the documented plan and estimate — and the fee credits toward the build.

How it fits with the rest

A complete step on its own — or a foundation for the next.

Every service here is a finished outcome you can buy and stop at. They also connect — where it saves you money or time, never because you're locked in.

Stands on its own

The Blueprint is yours to keep and build from — with us, with your own developer, or not at all. As a documented plan it stands completely on its own.

Builds toward more — optionalFee credits 100% toward your Build

Choose to build it with us and the full fee comes off your Foundation or Core Build — so the plan effectively costs nothing if you proceed. Prefer to take the plan and stop there? That's a perfectly good ending too.

Questions

Good to know.

Why not just start building?

Because unplanned builds bloat, slip and miss the point. The Blueprint makes the build faster and cheaper — and de-risks your spend.

Does the fee really credit toward the build?

Yes — if you proceed to a Foundation or Core Build, the Blueprint fee comes off it. You're not paying twice.

How much of my time does it take?

Just the short brief, plus a little async back-and-forth — and an optional working session if you'd like one. We do the heavy lifting.

Do we have to get on a call?

No — the brief is enough for most. A short working session is there if you'd prefer to talk it through, but it's never required.

What if I take the plan elsewhere?

That's fine — it's yours, written so any competent developer could build it.
